2004 marked the growth of the Randy Meyer Racing Team as Megan and Rachel Meyer began their drag racing careers piloting their own Junior Dragsters. At the ages of 10 and 8, respectively, the girls got an early start into their NHRA journey and were successful at their local tracks in Kansas and Missouri.

Megan advanced from the Junior Dragster League to the Super Comp Class in 2011. In 2015, Megan moved up to the Top Alcohol Dragster ranks, and debuted her career in 2016. Rachel graduated from the Junior Dragster League in 2012, and competed in the Super Comp Class. Rachel then moved on to compete in her first Top Alcohol Dragster race in 2017.
