Randy Meyer Racing is excited to announce that McKenna Bold will return to the team for the 2026 season, where she will campaign a full NHRA Top Alcohol Dragster schedule with her sights set on the NHRA national championship.

The announcement comes just days after the team celebrated McKenna’s 2025 NHRA Central Region Championship at the NHRA Awards Banquet, a standout achievement in what was her rookie season in Top Alcohol Dragster. McKenna also finished the year eighth in the NHRA national standings after winning the Norwalk Nationals, establishing herself as one of the top emerging drivers in the category and laying a strong foundation for a championship push in 2026.

“I am super excited to return to Randy Meyer Racing for my second full drag racing season,” said McKenna. “After a great 2025 that saw a lot of success, my sights are set on the world championship hunt with endless hours being put in over the off-season to give us the best shot at that. A race season is a marathon, so it’s important to take it round by round and do everything in our control to win races. I got a lot of seat time last year and I feel very comfortable behind the wheel and with my team, so that is a great recipe for success that gives me a lot of confidence heading into the 2026 season. I couldn’t be more excited to have Diezel Excavating back on as my primary sponsor for 2026. It’s the people who support you that gets us racers to where we are, competing at this high level, so this partnership is a crucial piece to the puzzle that helps make this championship pursuit possible. I’d also like to thank Simpson race products, Maxima Racing Oils, and my family for their continued support over the last few years.”

McKenna will also feature a brand-new Diezel Excavating wrap that will make its on-track debut at the season-opening NHRA Gatornationals in Gainesville, Florida, and represents the continued growth of McKenna’s program as she prepares for a full national championship chase. Diezel Excavating is a professional excavating company located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and provides site work for residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Alberta.

In conjunction with McKenna’s return and the unveiling of the new dragster design, the team has also released a new t-shirt commemorating her 2025 Central Region Championship. The shirt features the updated dragster design and celebrates the championship season that propelled her into the national spotlight. The shirt is available now for pre-order, with orders scheduled to ship at the end of February in time for McKenna’s first race of the 2026 season at the NHRA Gatornationals.

With a championship-winning team, a proven rookie season behind her, and a new look heading into 2026, McKenna and Randy Meyer Racing are poised for an exciting year ahead.
